Finn has accumulated extensive experience as a Teacher-Mentor for General Paper (GP) over the past four years, offering invaluable guidance and support to new educators. He has played a key role as a Cooperating Teacher for new National Institute of Education (NIE) teachers, assisting many in smoothly transitioning into their teaching roles. Finn spent a decade teaching in Anderson Junior College and Raffles Institution, where he not only served as a GP level head but also contributed as an educator himself, providing a well-rounded perspective on both teaching and mentorship.
