Does Zenith offer free trial classes?
Yes, we offer free trial classes for new students. That said, trial classes may not be available during certain periods (e.g. when lessons focus on applying content already taught to existing students). Once you sign up, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable trial class!
Why are lessons at Zenith more affordable compared to other tuition centres?
At Zenith, we believe that education should remain affordable and accessible to any student that is driven and motivated to succeed. We aim to provide the maximum value at the lowest cost.
Does Zenith offer 1-to-1 tuition?
Educators at Zenith wholeheartedly believe in the effectiveness of our group teaching in getting you that coveted A for your examinations. While we do not provide full 1-to-1 tuition, our tutors offer free individual consultations (especially during exam periods), subject to the tutor's availability.
Are there make-up classes for students who miss lessons?
Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled lessons. If you are unable to attend, please inform your tutor directly to arrange for a make-up class within the same week.
Please note that attendance is not taken, and there are no refunds or prorating of fees for missed lessons. Make-up lessons are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. You may reach out to your tutor directly to discuss available options.
